The weather had been changing and the mountain was preparing for another year of heavy snow fall. The mist rolled in and all was quiet. The landscape of the mountain range shifted into hues of gray, soft greens and dark blues. All I could hear was the squish of cold rainy snow under my tennies as we walked along the empty dirt roads. Looking up, I saw this barn and the stark electric blue of the roof, and the bold firey red of the exterior reminded me that no matter how dark or dreary things may seem, color is everywhere in life which sparked the desire to capture this image.
